Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and support daily office operations. This role provides administrative, facilities, and event support while helping maintain an efficient, welcoming, and productive workplace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.


Responsibilities

  • Greet, direct, and assist visitors while managing front desk operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and other communications professionally and confidentially.
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, document preparation, scheduling, and maintaining distribution lists.
  • Assist with office budget tracking, reporting, and general office administration.
  • Support onsite meetings and events, including catering coordination, room setup, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with building management and vendors to support facility maintenance, repairs, security, and office services.
  • Manage office supply inventories and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with supplier coordination and ensure compliance with purchasing procedures.
  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives, emergency procedures, and facility compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a backup resource for administrative and executive support functions as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative support, reception, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
