Receptionist/Branch Admin Assistant
Growing Real Estate Company is seeking a Receptionist/Branch Admin Assistant with strong customer service skills to run the front desk in our Tacoma branch. The right candidate must have a professional image, demeanor, and excellent people skills.
Experience and skills you must have:
· Focused with willingness to learn new programs/systems is essential.
· Self-starter who takes initiative with priority setting.
· Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under various situations.
· Must be able to multitask.
· Reliability and punctuality.
· Excellent communication skills with friendly phone voice.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Teams, & Word. Canva experience helpful.
· Tech savvy.
· Real estate experience and MLS experience are strongly preferred.
In this position, you will:
· Provide support to the branch in all administrative aspects.
· Be the first impression ambassador.
· Meet and greet clients, visitors, and agents in a professional and friendly manner.
· Handle all incoming phone calls and forward them to the appropriate broker.
· Data entry for multiple systems.
· Monitor and update office records on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
· Create advertising for publications as necessary.
· Maintain the office area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and professional in appearance.
· Receive and distribute daily mail.
This is a part time position. Available to start IMMEDIATELY. $20 per hour. (10 am – 3:30 pm (25 hrs., includes ½ hour lunch), Monday through Friday). Office company override bonus monthly, paid time off, and major holidays after 90 days employment. No medical benefits per PT status.
