Job Title: Transactional Paralegal

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transactional Paralegal to support a busy and growing real estate practice. This role will work closely with attorneys on a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, assisting in managing deals from initial drafting through closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
• Draft, review, and organize transactional documents such as purchase agreements, leases, closing documents, and correspondence
• Coordinate and manage due diligence, including title and survey review
• Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a transactional or real estate paralegal (flexible for exceptional candidates)
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and documentation
• Experience reviewing title and survey documents preferred

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $100,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
