What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) is strongly preferred
  • Candidates without direct LIHTC experience may be considered if they have strong real estate tax experience
  • Prior experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in a law firm environment
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and confidence working with attorneys
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced setting

Why Consider This Move?

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Join a respected real estate practice with a deep focus on affordable housing

  • Receive elite benefits rarely seen in law firm settings
  • Step into a role created specifically to support the firm’s continued growth
