Position Overview: Neel, Robinson & Stafford, LLC, an AV-rated law firm in Atlanta, is seeking a skilled Residential Real Estate Closer with a minimum of 2 years of experience (preferred). This role offers an excellent opportunity to support our attorneys in all areas of our growing real estate closing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare loan documents for real estate closings
• Prepare and review settlement statements and closing disclosures
• Handle funding processes and title insurance policy preparation
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure smooth and efficient closings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SoftPro Select software
• Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures
