Commercial Real Estate Paralegal/Closer
Full-Time or Part-Time | Atlanta, GA
An AV-rated Atlanta law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal/Closer (2–5 years) to join our commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment supporting a commercial real estate closing practice, with flexibility for either full-time or part-time schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions
- Prepare acquisition and loan documents for closings
- Support title clearance processes
- Coordinate title insurance policy preparation
- Assist with funding and disbursement of closing files
- Maintain organized and accurate file management throughout the closing process
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience preferred for experienced candidates
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience with SoftPro Select is a plus, but not required
