The Role
- Advise developers, investors, and municipalities on land use, zoning, and real estate transactions
- Handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development agreements
- Work closely with local government agencies and planning boards
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of real estate or land use experience
- Strong transactional drafting and client advisory skills
- Idaho Bar admission preferred
