What You'll Do
- Analyze acquisition opportunities and determine investment strategy
- Evaluate properties for wholesale, fix & flip, new construction, resale, or rental potential
- Prepare ARV analyses, comparable sales reports, and MAO calculations
- Create renovation scopes, repair estimates, and construction budgets
- Research zoning, market trends, and development opportunities
- Support acquisition negotiations and pricing decisions
- Collaborate with Construction, Dispositions, and Operations teams
- Track projects from due diligence through closing
- Maintain CRM records and reporting

Schedule
Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
(Some Saturday flexibility required.)
