We’re seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Closer with at experience in residential closings, title work, or mortgage processing. This is a high-volume, client-facing role requiring attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of residential real estate closings from contract to post-closing.
- Review title reports, contracts, and lender instructions to ensure clear title and accurate documentation.
- Prepare Closing Disclosures, Settlement Statements, and closing packages.
- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, underwriters, and clients.
- Support attorneys with clerical tasks and data entry.
- Ensure timely, professional communication and top-tier client service.
Qualifications:
- Real estate, title, or mortgage experience.
- Strong knowledge of title work and closing procedures.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SoftPro experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and client-focused.
