We are partnering with a highly active real estate and capital markets platform downtown Chicago seeking a transaction-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior deal professionals.
This is not a traditional EA role. This individual will operate at the intersection of executive support and deal execution, gaining direct exposure to live transactions, investment workflows, and operational processes. The team is open to varying levels of expierence, but poise and professionalism are above all.
The position offers a unique opportunity to evolve into a deal operations, investment, or asset management career path.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Team Support
- Provide high-level support to senior leaders across Capital Markets and/or Real Estate teams
- Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and travel logistics
- Act as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders
Transaction & Deal Flow Support
- Assist in managing live deal pipelines and transaction timelines
- Coordinate diligence materials, data rooms, and documentation across deals
- Support preparation of investment memos, presentations, and deal-related materials
- Track key milestones from origination through closing
- Interface with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and internal investment teams
Operational & Process Support
- Help streamline internal workflows related to deal execution and reporting
- Maintain organized documentation across transactions and investment activities
- Support cross-functional collaboration between Capital Markets, Investments, and Operations
We are targeting individuals who bring a blend of administrative excellence and transaction exposure:
- Executive Assistant supporting investment, real estate, or capital markets teams
- Real Estate or Corporate Paralegal with transaction exposure
- Transaction Coordinator / Deal Team Support
- Operations or Analyst-level professionals within real estate or financial services
