📍 Real Estate Finance Associate – Dallas (Hybrid)
A national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Dallas office. This role is focused on lender-side real estate finance with additional exposure to acquisitions, development, and broader commercial real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate mortgage loan and financing documents
• Manage due diligence, including title and survey review
• Coordinate closings and work with loan servicers
• Support real estate transactions across the full deal lifecycle
Qualifications:
• 3–6 years of commercial real estate finance experience
• Experience with lender-side transactions (construction, bridge, or similar)
• Strong drafting and transactional skills
• Texas bar admission
Compensation & Structure:
• $225,000 – $295,000 base + bonus
• Hybrid work environment
