Real Estate Attorney (Temp‑to‑Hire)

W2 | $30–$40/hour


LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a boutique law firm to hire a Junior Real Estate Attorney on a W2 contract‑to‑hire basis. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Illinois attorney early in their career who is seeking hands‑on experience supporting high‑volume residential and commercial real estate transactions in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review residential and commercial real estate documents
  • Assist with due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review
  • Coordinate with title companies, lenders, brokers, and clients
  • Prepare closing documents and support closings from start to finish
  • Communicate with clients regarding the closing process


Qualifications

  • Active Illinois Bar license in good standing
  • One or more years of residential and/or commercial real estate experience
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat (Practice Panther a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline‑driven environment
