A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate with at least 3 years of experience to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas. The role focuses on sophisticated real estate and public finance transactions in a collaborative, client-facing environment.
The successful candidate will have experience in public finance, including tax-exempt bonds and tax incentive structures, with exposure to bonds-for-title, PILOT programs, commercial real estate, federal tax, and/or energy or solar transactions preferred.
