The Position:

A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, advising a diverse range of clients across industries on high-value and complex matters.


The associate will be actively involved in all aspects of commercial real estate work, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing. This position provides meaningful responsibility, regular client interaction, and the chance to collaborate with experienced attorneys on dynamic, market-leading transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements
  • Support acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions from inception through closing
  • Advise on development projects, including structuring and risk assessment
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
  • Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Provide strategic, business-focused legal advice to clients


Qualifications:

  • Georgia Bar Required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Solid business judgment and attention to detail
