Real Estate Attorney

The Position:

The associate will be actively involved in all aspects of commercial real estate work, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions from inception through closing
• Advise on development projects, including structuring and risk assessment
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
• Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, investors, and other stakeholders
• Provide strategic, business-focused legal advice to clients

Qualifications:

• Georgia Bar Required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Solid business judgment and attention to detail
