Real Estate Associate (Mid–Senior Level) | Washington, D.C.

A leading AmLaw firm is seeking mid-level Real Estate Associates to join its Washington, D.C. office.

The Role

This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

� Responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in a variety of complex real estate matters, including:

• Leasing transactions
• Mortgage and mezzanine financings (lender and/or borrower side)
• Joint venture equity arrangements
• Working closely with experienced attorneys on high-value transactions across industries

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant transactional experience
• Experience on the lender and/or borrower side
• Candidates with broader transactional backgrounds are encouraged to apply

💰 Compensation

Competitive base salary ranging from $260,000 – $435,000, plus discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
