I am currently working with one of Philadelphia's highest rated firms, who are actively seeking a Transactional Attorney to join them, in a hybrid capacity. In terms of the opportunity, here is the headlines:

Responsibilities 💼

• Transaction Management - Handle a broad range of Transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to (Real Estate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Leasing, and Financing as well as Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Commercial Contracts)
• Deal Execution - Support the full transaction lifecycle from initial structuring through closing, including due diligence, document negotiation, coordination with counterparties, and managing timelines to ensure efficient deal progression.
• Client Collaboration - Work closely with clients to advise on day-to-day transactional and business matters, delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions aligned with strategic objectives and risk tolerance.
• Drafting & Documentation - Prepare and review key legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, shareholder agreements, while supporting senior attorneys in structuring and negotiating complex transactions.

• Up to $160K Base
