The Role:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and development work
- Supporting on complex real estate finance matters and structured investments
- Acting on landlord and tenant matters including high-value leasing transactions
- Assisting with joint ventures and large-scale development projects
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-profile mandates
- Collaborating across practice areas and offices within the firm’s wider network
- Contributing to client relationship development and ongoing business initiatives
The Candidate:
- Colorado admitted Real Estate Attorney with 1–5 years’ experience
- Strong background in complex commercial real estate transactions
- Experience working across multiple asset classes and sectors
- Excellent technical ability with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in Colorado
- Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
