The Role:

  • Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals
  • Supporting on complex financing and structured real estate investment matters
  • Acting on retail and ground leasing transactions across multiple asset classes
  • Assisting with development and construction-related projects
  • Supporting joint venture arrangements and large-scale development deals
  • Conducting due diligence and managing transaction processes
  • Working closely with colleagues across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Collaborating with partners and senior attorneys on high-value mandates


The Candidate:

  • Massachusetts admitted Real Estate Attorney with 3–6 years’ experience
  • Strong background in complex commercial real estate transactions
  • Experience across acquisitions, disposals, leasing, finance, and development
  • Comfortable advising across a wide range of asset classes and sectors
  • Commercially minded with strong technical ability
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in Massachusetts
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
  • Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities
