The Role:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals
- Supporting on complex financing and structured real estate investment matters
- Acting on retail and ground leasing transactions across multiple asset classes
- Assisting with development and construction-related projects
- Supporting joint venture arrangements and large-scale development deals
- Conducting due diligence and managing transaction processes
- Working closely with colleagues across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters
- Collaborating with partners and senior attorneys on high-value mandates
The Candidate:
- Massachusetts admitted Real Estate Attorney with 3–6 years’ experience
- Strong background in complex commercial real estate transactions
- Experience across acquisitions, disposals, leasing, finance, and development
- Comfortable advising across a wide range of asset classes and sectors
- Commercially minded with strong technical ability
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in Massachusetts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities
