The Role

Real Estate Associate Attorney - Boston, MA - $260,000 - $390,000 salary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Attorney with between 3-6 years experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions.

The Real Estate Transactions & Finance team works collaboratively across offices and practices and engages in a wide range of transactions across our industry sectors, including office, multi-family, hospitality, entertainment, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects, cannabis and CBD and energy/alternative energy

A strong background in broad-based commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, retail and ground leasing, financing, construction, development, and joint ventures

You will work closely with experienced lawyers in their highly-regarded Real Estate practice in Boston. The team is known for providing a collegial and supportive environment, providing opportunities to develop increasing levels of responsibility, including participating in matters generated through firms wider network.

The Candidate

• Experienced Real Estate Attorney with 3-6 years experience
• Sophisticated experience in complex commercial real estate transactions
• Being comfortable working across various asset classes and sectors
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in Boston
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
