Quality Inspector Level 1-3

A large, privately owned electronics manufacturing company is growing and looking to add a Quality Inspector from Level 1 to Level 3 BGA. The company is housed in a 77,000-square-foot facility and has about 120 employees.

• Perform FIRST ARTICLEinspection for all level boards and record results.
• Perform INCOMING inspections for all level boards and components and record results.
• Perform FINAL inspections of completed assemblies in accordance with procedures and requirements and record results.
• Ensure accuracy of test equipment by checking against standards.
• Review and sign company certifications as required.
• Check returned/rejected material for status.
• Perform random checks of in-process jobs as necessary.
• Maintain the process and swiftness of department yields and accuracy.
• Maintain quality records relating to all inspection activities.
• Follow instructions with great care and precision

• Knowledge of product, ISO process, IPC A610 Latest Revision, J-STD-01 Latest Revision.
• Training on sampling techniques.
• Training on the use of measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and instructions • Basic Math Skills.
• Ability to speak, read, write,and understand English.
• Good Communication Skills
• Good eyesight. A visual acuity test is required periodically.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
