Associa is looking for a new talented field assessor for our branch. • Managetheoperationofthecompanymaintenancevehicleandtools

• MaintaintheestablishedcustomerservicestandardsforbothOwnersandTenants

• Protectandpromotethecompanyculture andmorale

• Promptlyrespond,pursue, andresolvecustomerandvendorissues

• Manageworkorderservicerequestflow,ensuringallservicerequestsareproperlymaintainedin thecompanysoftware,includingnotes,documents, andupdates

Requirements

• Minimumof3yearsofsuitableexperience.

• Abilitytoprepare,write, andcommunicateeffectivelywithclients,vendors, and staff.

• Localareaknowledge

• Aminimumtypingspeedof40wordsper minute

• KnowledgeofInternet and email

• General maintenance,repair, handymanskills,electrical,plumbing,carpentry,drywall,landscaping, and HVACisa plus.
