What you will be doing:
The ideal candidate will possess strong working knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems, including installation methods, applicable codes, and the proper use of trade-related tools and equipment. This individual should understand plumbing and mechanical codes and be capable of performing the math computations required in the trade. They will also promote preventive maintenance practices for tools and equipment and demonstrate knowledge of the safe handling and use of hazardous materials, including solvents, cleaners, and adhesives. Proficiency with modern technology is important, including the ability to effectively use personal computers, tablets, and smartphones in day-to-day operations.
