Title : QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities
- Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and related frameworks
- Selenium Scripting: Write and execute automation scripts (Java/Python) for functional, regression, and integration testing
- Framework Development: Build scalable automation frameworks to support regression, functional, and integration testing.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality delivery.
- Performance Testing: Contribute to performance and load testing initiatives when required.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure QA processes align with DTCC’s compliance and security standards
Requirements
- 6–8 years of QA Automation experience with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
- Hands-on experience in Java/Python for automation scripting.
- Strong knowledge of TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and Git.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.
