Quality Engineer III

Position: Quality Engineer III

Compensation: $60 - $71 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and maintain test suites across application platforms
• Drive processes for triaging reported defects
• Collaborate with product team for solution opportunities
• Validate completion of quality documentation
• Implement systems for quality problem-solving
• Contribute to automated test suite
• Support risk management practices

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7-9 years of Quality Engineering/Assurance experience
• Service Cloud and Omni Channel
• Salesforce leads and referrals 
• Experience with JIRA and Zephy
• Understanding of data structures and design experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• ISTQB certification
• Preferred API testing experience with Axios
• Preferred Web Automation experience with Playwright
• Preferred Mobile testing experience with Appium
• Experience with nCino application
• Experience working with GitLab
