The company is a leading manufacturer known for investing in both their technology and people. Due to their ongoing growth and expansion, they are looking to add a QC Supervisor to their quality team.

This position would suit someone with quality and leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment who is looking to develop their career within a stable, growing organization.

The Role:

• Lead a team of Quality Technicians and Operators on shift
• Oversee quality inspections, testing, product holds, and compliance activities
• Coordinate shift priorities, reporting, scheduling, and quality documentation
• Night shift position working 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 schedule
• Full training provided on internal systems and processes

The Candidate:

• Leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing / production
• Experience with quality control, testing, inspections, audits or compliance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills (SAP experience is a plus)
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with progression potential
