We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing / Expediting Coordinator to support our operations team and help ensure smooth day-to-day workflow across multiple areas of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with vendors and customers, and enjoys helping to keep operations running efficiently and accurately. The position works closely with purchasing, sales and operations management to help monitor orders, coordinate vendor follow-up, track shipments, and support overall operational workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with purchasing and vendor coordination
• Follow up on purchase orders, lead times, and shipment updates
• Help expedite open orders and communicate updates internally
• Assist with order review and help ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with sales, vendors, and operations teams
• Help identify and resolve order or shipment issues
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Provide operational and administrative support where needed
• Learn and assist with multiple areas of the business over time

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up ability
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to adapt and handle changing priorities
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Experience in purchasing, operations, logistics, customer service, or administrative support is preferred
