Job Title: Data Coordinator Support Level 2
Duration : 12 months contract(possibility of extension)
Location: Saline, MI 48176- Onsite
Pay: $30-33.5/hr on w2 basis without benefits/holiday/vacation

Job Description: Track and report status on engineer’s parts list (BOM) related tasks, design transfers, 3D CAD release and production drawing release.
Communicate effectively with Purchasing, Product Development, Project Planning, engineering, and downstream operations.
Support engineering with the use of proprietary parts list systems
Utilize critical thinking and problem solving techniques to investigate issues by analyzing data, standard processes, and information gathered from stakeholders in order to understand the root cause and propose and implement countermeasures that prevent reoccurrence.
Reflect on functional projects, to kaizen (improve) existing strategies and processes.
Report status orally or through written/visual report on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as directed
Develop and maintain data coordination process documentation, including training materials & activity specific job aids
Provide proprietary system/process training and support to end users
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
4 year college degree preferred
2+ years’ project lead experience
Basic understanding of vehicle structure at a component level preferred
Sound negotiation skills
Strong sense of customer service
Excellent organization skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking and problem solving skills
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, and Internet Explorer
Able to quickly learn proprietary systems and processes
Keyboarding experience
Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills
Detail oriented
Able to meet deadlines
Self-motivated hard worker
Must be able to work with minimal guidance
Able to work flexible hours when required by workload
Some CAD Data Management experience preferred
Some functional CAD experience preferred
High degree of interpersonal skills with a willingness to work in a culturally diverse team environment
