Swoon is hiring for our Global Manufacturing Client in Mossville, IL and this will be an onsite position. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with Benefits – Health, Dental & Vision.

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join a high-performing sourcing team supporting a rapidly growing electronics business unit. This role will focus on procurement analytics, supplier quote management, sourcing support, and collaboration with engineering teams on new product introduction (NPI) initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining purchasing experience with data-driven decision making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and buying teams with daily sourcing and purchasing activities
• Prepare, issue, and analyze Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and supplier responses
• Perform data analysis related to pricing, historical spend, supplier performance, and demand forecasts
• Assist with pricing discrepancy resolution and cost-saving opportunities
• Partner with engineering teams to support new product introduction (NPI) programs
• Build reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and internal stakeholders to meet business needs
• Help drive process improvements and procurement efficiency initiatives
