The Psychologist is responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine the presence of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental conditions for the Company’s clients. This role ensures high-quality, ethical, and timely evaluations that meet clinical best practices, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards.


What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental concerns using standardized assessment tools, including but not limited to ADI-R, ADOS-2, and CARS
  • Complete accurate, timely, and thorough evaluation reports in compliance with insurance, regulatory, and organizational requirements
  • Convert all client sessions for billing within 24 hours of the session
  • Adhere to all clinical standards and guidelines outlined in CSABA’s Psychology Department Clinical Handbook, the APA Ethics Code, and applicable state practice laws
  • Participate in peer-to-peer reviews and consultations with insurance providers to support authorization and coverage decisions
  • Meet productivity and billing expectations as outlined in the offer letter
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR), billing, and telehealth platforms in accordance with company policy
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
  • Participate in required departmental, clinical, and organizational meetings
  • Travel between EI center locations as required
  • Perform other duties consistent with the scope of the role as assigned


What You'll Need

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology
  • Active, unrestricted psychologist license in the state(s) of practice
  • Experience conducting Autism Diagnostic Assessments, including ADOS
  • Ability to maintain licensure and credentialing in good standing


Work Location & Hours:

This is a Hybrid, Full-Time role. Psychological evaluation will be conducted both in person at our Owings Mills, MD EI Center and remotely.

Reasonable Pay Estimate

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $120,000-$135,000 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
