🏠 Lead the day-to-day operations of your community
🤝 Create exceptional resident experiences and build strong relationships
📈 Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention
💰 Manage budgets, collections, and financial performance
🛠️ Coordinate maintenance efforts to keep the community looking its best
👥 Coach, develop, and motivate your on-site team
📋 Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
🎯 Problem-solve quickly and confidently while keeping residents and ownership happy
✅ 2+ years of property management experience (required)
✅ Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and achieving goals
✅ Experience with leasing, budgeting, rent collections, and vendor management
✅ Familiarity with Yardi, RealPage, Remote Landlord, or similar property management software
✅ Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
✅ Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
✅ Willingness to work occasional weekends and assist with emergency situations when needed
� Walk the community daily and perform property inspections
� Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
� Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and move throughout the property
