Mark IV Capital is a privately held, growth-oriented real estate investment and development company headquartered in Newport Beach, CA focused on acquiring, developing, owning, and operating commercial real estate investments. The firm is seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join its Colorado team, working at our Denver office.
The Property Administrator plays an integral role in supporting the property management team with daily operations, maintaining high standards of office administration, property management, and tenant relations for the Company’s commercial properties in the assigned region. This hands-on role offers exposure to broader property management functions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, demonstrating keen attention to detail in all aspects of the role. Effective communication skills are essential, as the Property Administrator will be required to interact regularly with visitors, tenants, vendors, and internal team members. While prior property management experience is not mandatory, a basic understanding or a willingness to quickly learn the fundamentals of property management is highly valued.
