Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with a strong background in Data Center Construction to lead and oversee projects in Port Washington, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing phases of pre-construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage General Contractors, Subcontractors to ensure project owner's vision is actualized
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely completion of project schedule
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Data Center construction.
• Strong knowledge of municipal infrastructure.
• Willingness to be in Milwaukee.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
