Job Overview:
The Project Manager W&D Capabilities will be responsible for managing visioning, planning, and execution of Supply Chain transformation operation programs. This role ensures program goals, timelines, business objectives, and success criteria are met. The position is part of the Supply Chain Transformation - Warehouse Distribution Capabilities Returns team within the Technical Operations group. This is a 100% onsite role with a 5-month contract and the opportunity to convert.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate program visioning, road mapping, and execution of key activities across multiple teams and third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with project champions, impacted business function owners, and supporting teams to evaluate paths forward and key decisions while challenging the status quo.
- Coordinate dependencies across processes and organizations.
- Make persuasive recommendations for improvements to existing processes.
- Quantify and prepare program stakeholders for change.
- Assess and proactively manage risks and impacts to business in adherence to company Safety Management System (SMS) best practices.
- Prepare and deliver program updates to various audiences, including Senior Leaders at Tech Ops strategic forums.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience/training.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct Project Management experience or relevant experience.
- Evidence of direct Project Management experience.
- Current PMP certification (preferred).
- Experience in airline supply chain operations (preferred).
- Solid understanding of business transformation efforts.
- Proven success in leading and managing large, complex, multi-year cross-functional programs.
- Demonstrated results in setting targets, executing plans, and delivering results.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Visio, and other MS Office products.
- Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with personnel at all levels.
- Exposure to software development frameworks and methodologies.

Pay Range: $60 - $65
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
