Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our Construction Services team. This role involves collaborating with various subcontractors and internal teams to manage multiple projects involving mechanical systems, HVAC installations, and building automation systems in new construction projects. The Project Manager will oversee the scheduling of construction work, coordinate with general and subcontractors, and work closely with the design team to procure necessary materials for each project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects involving mechanical systems and HVAC installations.
• Work closely with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure project completion.
• Schedule construction activities and manage timelines.
• Collaborate with general contractors and subcontractors based on project size and location.
• Work with the design team to order necessary materials for each project.
• Ensure projects adhere to building controls and automation standards.

• Experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems in building construction.
• Proficiency in coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.

• Mechanical background preferred but not required.
• Experience in commercial construction and design is advantageous.

This position is based in the St. Paul office, conveniently located off 280 and University Ave. You will be part of a diverse team with specialization in both services and new construction. The role involves working primarily in-office with occasional site visits to ensure projects are progressing according to schedule. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
