Project Manager/Estimator

Project Manager - Estimator | San Diego, CA

We are a prominent Commercial & Industrial General Contractor with a strong backlog of work across the San Diego market and are looking for a talented Estimator to join the team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing project and bid strategies. You will do so by analyzing project proposals and historical cost data. Ultimately, be a part of a great team who works together to pursue and win work for our project teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategy
• Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis
• Analyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimate
• Gather, update, and review historical cost data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related
• 3+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
