What You'll Own
- Lead lifecycle delivery of multiple concurrent projects within financial and milestone commitments.
- Provide technical direction to engineering teams and translate requirements into actionable field plans.
- Supervise external contractors across project sites, ensuring schedule adherence and strict quality control.
- Enforce safety protocols, with the clear authority to halt work immediately when risks arise.
- Administer legal agreements, easements, vendor contracts, contractor invoices, and necessary change orders.
- Coordinate emergency restoration and resource deployment support during major weather or storm events.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of project management experience in infrastructure, construction, or engineering.
- Proven track record supervising contractors in active, safety-sensitive field environments.
- Proficiency with project management software like MS Project or Primavera.
- Valid driver's license and full availability for emergency response travel.
- PMP certification or infrastructure sector experience is highly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
