Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Salary: 65k-120k (per experience level)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead mechanical upgrade projects between OKC and Tulsa. This role involves managing all aspects of construction, including electrical, lighting, and window replacement work, while overseeing subcontractors and ensuring timely project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all project aspects for mechanical upgrades, including electrical and lighting work.
  • Oversee window replacement and all subcontractors on site.
  • Develop daily and weekly reports and submit them to necessary personnel.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in commercial construction.
  • Proficiency in construction management and subcontractor management.
  • Ability to supervise construction effectively.
  • Mechanical engineering and construction skills.
  • Proficiency in HVAC systems.
  • Experience with general contracting and project management.
  • Skills in project scheduling and handling RFI.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience managing public projects in the commercial construction sector.
  • Electrical and mechanical aptitude in the construction space.
  • Experience with project schedules and PM construction software.

Work Environment

This position requires onsite work from Monday to Friday, operating out of a job trailer. The role involves managing day-to-day activities for a 7-month project, with potential opportunities to support additional work upon project completion.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
