Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities, manage finances, and oversee contract documents. This role demands strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project activities with the Superintendent and Project Team.
• Oversee and manage all project finances and contract documents.
• Prepare and maintain the project schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and implement the project budget.
• Supervise submittal log and process.
• Schedule and conduct regular owner and subcontractor meetings.
• Review and process all subcontractor RFI’s and RFP’s for approval.
• Prepare, distribute and acquire approval of all Owner Change Order requests.
• Develop and distribute all subcontractor Change Orders and associated budget revisions.
• Develop and distribute monthly Owner Applications for payment.
• Supervise all project administrative logs and close-out activities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages within a development cycle.
• Lead and enforce safety standards and requirements.
• Manage a project team, provide oversight, direction, and mentoring.
• Ability to identify and resolve all project issues and problems.
• Manage the project schedule to a timely and successful completion.

• B.S. in Building Construction Management or a related field
• Five or more years of commercial construction experience as a Project Manager
• Experience managing projects valued at $20 million or more
• Experience in construction estimating, accounting, and document administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and various scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix)

• Experience with COINS, Autodesk Viewers, and SharePoint is preferred
• Experience with Building Information Modeling
• Excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Active participation in a team environment

The role is based in a PM/Construction environment, utilizing advanced technologies and software to manage and oversee projects. The position requires collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Charleston, SC.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Need to input the company benefits and bonus structure along with truck and gas card

This is a fully onsite position in Charleston,SC.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 17, 2026.
