Title: Project Manager – Retail Design & Creative Operations

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months (06/12/2026 – 06/11/2027)

Pay Range: $50-$55/hr. on W2


Job Description:

Support large-scale retail design and creative operations initiatives for a leading global consumer brand. This role will manage the planning, coordination, and execution of retail store design projects from concept development through implementation and store opening. Working closely with creative, design, marketing, and operations teams, the Project Manager will drive timelines, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail store design management, creative production, or store development and be comfortable leading multiple projects within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.


Job Functions:

  • Manage end-to-end retail store design and development projects from concept through execution and opening.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, design, marketing, operations, and external partners.
  • Drive project execution by managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support creative production and operational processes related to retail environments and brand experiences.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress and provide regular reporting on milestones, risks, and overall project health.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
  • Support retail redesigns, store refreshes, and rollout initiatives across various markets.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to project standards and processes.


Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing retail store design, retail development, or store build-out projects.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience driving projects from design through execution and store opening.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience working within creative operations, retail design, or brand experience environments.


Experience:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, retail design, store development, or related fields.
  • Experience serving as a creative producer, retail design project manager, or similar role.
  • Experience partnering with global teams preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting retail redesigns, remodels, or large-scale store rollout initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
