What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end management of complex store development and distribution center projects
- Drive project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish
- Oversee risk management and ensure proactive issue resolution
- Ensure strong stakeholder alignment and communication across teams
- Coordinate across construction, logistics, and operations in a global, project-driven environment
- Partner closely with the Freight Operations Coordinator
- Maintain oversight of logistics strategy, while freight execution is handled by the coordinator
- Ensure seamless integration between project milestones and freight operations
- Track and manage project milestones within internal systems, ensuring accountability across all stakeholders
- Interpret design drawings and site plans to determine cargo dimensions, weight, volume, and complexity
- Plan and forecast long-lead items, aligning procurement, shipping timelines, and site readiness
- Oversee project budgets, monitor financial performance, and support cost-control actions
- Act as the main point of contact for project-related matters across suppliers, site teams, carriers, and stakeholders
- Coordinate and monitor all project-related shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Select and assign carriers within TMS systems and oversee shipment execution
- Prepare commercial shipping documentation to support import/export and customs processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Mid-level project management role in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Requires a strong foundation in operations, systems, and project execution
- Ideal candidate will have a background in logistics or supply chain (3PL and 4PL)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- PRINCE2 and/or PMP certification is a plus
- Approximately 4–5 years of professional experience preferred; with 2-3 years in a project management role
- Exposure to international operations or projects (1–2 years) is desired
