Foreman – Environmental Construction & Demolition

Field-Based Role | Environmental Excavation | Grading | Demolition | HAZWOPER | OSHA

We are seeking a hands-on, field-driven Foreman to lead crews across environmental construction and demolition projects. This role is ideal for a strong journeyman leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, values safety, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on schedule and on budget.

If you have experience in environmental excavation, grading, demolition, asbestos abatement, or system installations, this is an opportunity to lead from the front.

What You’ll Do

• Direct field personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and material flow
• Interpret project drawings and specifications; perform layout and inspection
• Plan and implement weekly and daily schedules
• Determine crew size based on scope and timeline
• Track productivity, quality, and budget performance
• Develop alternate work plans when delays arise
• Enforce site-specific safety programs and conduct daily safety huddles
• Implement QA/QC requirements and submit required documentation
• Identify out-of-scope work and changed conditions
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Client Representatives
• Maintain field payroll records, material tracking, change orders, and progress reports

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience as a qualified journeyman in environmental or demolition construction
• Strong background in environmental excavation, grading, demolition, or abatement
• Proven leadership of field crews and subcontractors
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and field compliance
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER (preferred)
• OSHA 30 (preferred)
• Additional safety certifications a plus
