About the Role:

Due to continued project demand, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on active construction projects. This role will oversee daily field operations, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure electrical installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project plans and electrical codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead electrical crews on active construction projects
- Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower to meet project schedules
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades on-site
- Ensure installations meet NEC code requirements and project specifications
- Monitor productivity and maintain high-quality installation standards
- Maintain strong jobsite safety practices and ensure OSHA compliance
- Order and track materials, tools, and equipment needed for project execution
- Assist with layout, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in the field
- Provide mentorship and training to apprentices and junior electricians
- Communicate job progress, challenges, and schedule updates to project leadership
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of electrical construction experience with leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong background in commercial or industrial electrical construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Knowledge of NEC codes and electrical installation standards
- Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate field operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and meet project deadlines
