Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Engineer located in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for a Project Engineer to support industrial automation projects, primarily in semiconductor facilities. This role involves project coordination, engineering design, and on-site execution support. Both entry-level candidates and experienced engineers are welcome to apply.


Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong Project Management and Project Planning skills, managing timelines, addressing risks, and meeting project objectives.
  • Clarify project material specifications and support procurement and subcontracting activities.
  • Design DCS/PLC panels or perform field instrumentation design.
  • Plan project schedules, prepare drawings and documentation, and support project execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
  • Assist with project cost estimation and quotations.
  • Support on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities.


Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required to facilitate effective communication with international teams and global headquarters.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of engineering project execution (training provided for entry-level candidates).
  • Experience in panel design or field instrumentation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (or a strong willingness to learn).
  • Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
