Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ for a Project Engineer. The position involves managing engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring technical feasibility, and meeting project deadlines. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing project plans, overseeing engineering designs, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the Project Engineer will maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment of project goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese and English
• Strong foundation in Project Engineering and Project Planning
• Proven experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts and ability to apply technical expertise to practical projects
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with industry software and tools is a plus
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail
• Passion for innovation and continuous professional development
