Project: Plant Engineering
We are seeking a Lead Project Engineer to drive technical project execution within plant engineering. This role serves as the key liaison between customers, engineering teams, and EPC partners, ensuring design compliance, issue resolution, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical project coordination and customer communication
- Review contracts and ensure design/equipment compliance
- Manage scope changes, budgets, and schedules
- Support cross-functional engineering teams and resolve technical issues
- Drive continuous improvement and present project updates to leadership
- Own engineering budget, schedule, and cost estimates (EAC/CCE)
- Coordinate with EPCs, suppliers, and global teams to ensure on-time delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in project, design, or field engineering
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Willingness to travel (~10–15%)
Preferred:
- Customer-facing experience
- PLM tools (e.g., GTCC)
- Experience and/or knowledge of plant system design engineering, manufacturing, assembly, installation, and/or testing
- Knowledge of plant engineering systems and processes
