Project Engineer

As a premium small business provider of advanced components and subsystems, West Coast Solutions is currently seeking to fill key technical positions to help support us through the next phase of growth. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical progress on milestones across design, build, test, and delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and technical activities
• Collaborate with Program Management and Technical Experts on planning, risk, and budget
• Monitor project status and proactively identify support needs
• Translate requirements into executable engineering tasks
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration control
• Monitor budgets, resources, and engineering trade-offs
• Ensure compliance with standards and requirements
• Capture and apply lessons learned to drive future system improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical industry experience
• Experience in project management, planning and technical execution
• Exposure to collaborating with Program Management and Engineering teams
• Knowledge of aerospace, defense, medical or similar industries

Salary Range: $101,000- $135,000. Dependent on candidate’s experience.
