Client, Design Team, + Trade Partner CoordinationBuild foundational relationships with customers, architects, engineers, trade partners, and community members through day-to-day interactions.Support communication and coordination across design, engineering, ownership, and vendor partners to ensure expectations are aligned.Assist the project team in identifying potential cost-savings, constructability considerations, and value-add solutions.Participate in industry networking events to build relationships with potential future hires and/or build relationships with industry professionals.Project Planning, Scheduling, + ProcurementAssist Superintendents and Project Managers in developing accurate schedules and sequencing plans. Help coordinate procurement efforts, including tracking material needs and working with the Superintendent to prevent delivery delays.Support monitoring of material deliveries and ensure conformance to specifications and contract documents.
