What You’ll Do

  • Support project managers with schedules, agendas, meeting minutes, and status updates
  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, and project documentation
  • Coordinate communication across teams, utilities, vendors, and contractors
  • Manage the full lifecycle of project documents—from creation to archival
  • Establish and maintain document control standards, versioning, and access permissions
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft Teams project sites
  • Audit documentation for accuracy, compliance, and consistency
  • Develop templates and ensure consistent formatting and branding
  • Assist leadership with work plan updates and team onboarding/offboarding
  • Train and mentor team members on document control best practices

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Solid SharePoint experience, including document libraries and version control
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Ability to interpret complex documents and financial data
  • Adaptability in a fast‑moving, project‑focused environment
Experience
  • 2+ years of post‑secondary education and 3+ years of relevant experience or
  • 5+ years supporting large project initiatives

Bonus: experience with document control, cost approval workflows, and mentoring others.

How Work Happens

  • Hybrid work environment (office and home)
  • Predictable schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
