Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and support the execution of residential development projects. This role ensures smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient scheduling across all phases of project. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, land development teams, subcontractors, and permitting offices to keep projects on track, within budget, and compliant with local regulations.


Key Responsibilities

- Project Administration

- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

- Track milestones, deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Manage contracts, permits, invoices, and compliance documentation.

- Coordination & Communication

- Act as liaison between office staff, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.

- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.

- Communicate project updates and resolve scheduling conflicts.

- Documentation & Compliance

- Support permit applications and ensure adherence to municipal requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, approvals, and regulatory filings.

- Assist in preparing stakeholder reports and presentations.

- Resource & Logistics Management

- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.

- Monitor inventory and ensure timely utilization of resources.

- Support project managers in resolving logistical challenges.


Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

- Experience: 2–4 years in project coordination, preferably in residential construction or land development.

- Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

- Knowledge of permitting processes, building codes, and construction documentation.
