We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our client projects from order entry through completion. What You’ll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and accurate project execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data & Order Management: Enter and verify client orders in Syteline, maintain accurate records across Salesforce and internal systems, and review quotes for accuracy.
  • Client Coordination: Process part and warranty requests, schedule technicians, and manage order flow to ensure timely shipments and invoicing.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering professional, empathetic, and solutions-driven communication.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle issues with creativity and confidence, leveraging policies, procedures, and cross-functional teamwork to resolve challenges.
  • Team Support: Provide backup support to project managers and participate in special projects that drive company success.


What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support within a professional office setting.
  • Strong data entry skills and comfort working in multiple software systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise preferred).
  • A self-starter with excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
